Sink Raw Material and Production

Premium Sink Starts with the Best Material: SUS304 Stainless Steel

When choosing a kitchen sink, material matters. At the heart of our handmade sinks lies SUS304 stainless steel which is known for its exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and sleek appearance.

Generally the thickness of the sink bowl is from 1.0mm to 1.5mm while standard requirements is 0.8mm. Our factory keeps above 1.0mm considering the quality and the cost.

For top mount sink. the thickness of the lip of the sink panel is usually 3.0mm which is enough. Yet, some brands claimed that the panel is 4.0mm for but they avoid saying that the bowl thickness is only 0.8m or less.  Be careful with that advertisement trick.

Handmade Sink Production

Unlike mass-produced, machine-pressed sinks, handmade kitchen sinks are crafted through a meticulous and skillful process that ensures precision, durability, and aesthetic perfection in every detail.

Welding and Polishing:

Our sinks have experienced more steps in polishing.

Each joint and corner is TIG welded with expert precision to ensure strength and a seamless appearance. After welding, the sink undergoes several stages of grinding, sanding, and polishing to create a smooth, uniform surface that resists stains and fingerprints.

Sound and Anti-Condensation Treatment

The back of the sink is coated with sound-dampening pads and anti-condensation paint to reduce noise from running water and prevent moisture buildup. This enhances comfort and extends the lifespan of the sink.

Surface Finishing

Depending on design requirements, the sink surface may be treated with different finishes such as:

  • Brushed finish – for a classic, matte look that hides scratches.
  • Nano coating – for superior water and oil resistance.
  • PVD coating – for luxurious colors like gunmetal, gold, or rose.
